  • Learn to debrief humanitarian workers effectively

    Personal debriefing provides an opportunity for overseas workers to reflect on their time overseas (including both the negative and the positive aspects) as well as their readjustment after returning home. Information is provided about stress management strategies and the session may help provide a sense of closure. The debriefing can be done with an individual or a group and usually takes place shortly after their return home. Debriefing can also take place after traumatic incidents.

  • Planning - How to Apply the Logical Framework

    The aim of the course is to provide participants with skills to develop and assess a project or programme by using the logical framework. The course will also provide insight in the basic principles behind project cycle management and will briefly introduce budget preparation based on the logical framework/project plan.
